All payment invoices will be sent exclusively from our official company email addresses. SEO UAE is not responsible for any payments made to individuals or entities not associated with our official email addresses.
Duration of SEO Services
SEO efforts require time to yield results. It generally takes at least 4-6 months to notice significant improvements in search engine rankings. The exact duration may vary depending on the industry competition, website condition, and other factors.
Early Termination
Terminating our services before the 4-6 month period may result in not achieving the desired outcomes. SEO UAE is not responsible for any lack of improvements in rankings or traffic if services are stopped prematurely.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful results, clients must:
Provide accurate and up-to-date business, website, and goal-related information.
Implement recommended changes and grant necessary access to websites and analytics tools.
Payment Terms
Payments for SEO services must be made as specified in the service contract. In case of non-payment, SEO UAE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until full payment is received.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and strategies developed by SEO UAE during service provision remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
SEO UAE will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
While SEO UAE strives to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in search rankings. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, business, or data resulting from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
SEO UAE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page.
Termination Policy
If you decide to terminate the contract, you must inform us at least one (1) month prior to the intended termination date. Failure to provide such notice will result in a charge equivalent to one (1) month’s service fee. Additionally, should you choose to terminate the service in the middle of a billing cycle, the termination will take effect at the end of that cycle, and you will be responsible for the full month’s service fee regardless of the actual termination date within that month.
